The American Airlines Vintage Cabin Bag program is managed by SmartPack International USA, Inc (SP). Please contact SP if you have any questions regarding the Program.

SP warrants that products will be delivered in perfect condition. If there is a defect of any kind in workmanship or material, you may return the product to SP within 30 days of the date of purchase, for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage arising from abuse, mishandling, or careless treatment of the product.

To the extent permitted by law, the above warranty provisions are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to and warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose and the liability of SP for incidental and consequential damages arising from the use of the product or from the breach of any implied warranties arising by operation of law is expressly excluded.

If you find, within 30 days of purchase, that the product you have received is faulty, SP will happily exchange or repair your purchase.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear nor damage arising from abuse, mishandling, or careless treatment of the product.

If you believe that the product is faulty, please contact SP for a Return Reference Number.

If you change your mind about the product you purchased, SP will happily refund your purchase if it is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Return delivery of a product for change-of-mind is your own responsibility and cost.

The original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund payable to you.
